Then, the study looked at amenities, such as, home values to income ratio, entertainment, restaurants, health care, and unemployment rate.
Flower Mound received the No. 1 award because of its amazing economic climate. An abundance of job availability in Flower Mound means there’s only 3.1% of the population unemployed.
