The Crest Hollow Realty team stages all listings! This is a service that is part of our marketing plan and it is complimentary to you, the Seller!
Our home staging team is comprised of two to three interior decorators. Once the listing agreement is signed, the stager will meet with you and the listing agent at the property for an initial consultation. The initial consultation with the stager gives you a checklist for de-cluttering and making your home show ready.
Then, on the week of listing your home, the staging team arrives with accessories. They spend 3-4 hours transforming your home into a showplace! Our staging is specifically geared to optimizing the photography. We always use a professional photographer with wide-angle lens and unique talents.
Crest Hollow Realty also provides remodeling and design consultation. We love helping our clients stay on trend with updates and remodels. Our goal for your home is to maximize resale value.

Paint Color Consultation – $100 for a one hour appointment. Any additional time is $75 per hour.
Post Move Decorating – Did you love how we staged your previous home for sale? Now that you’re moving in to your next home, let our decorators utilize your existing furniture and accessories to decorate your new home! $75 per hour with a minimum of three hour appointment, but not to exceed 6 hours per day.
Accessory Shopping – Are you lost when it comes to decorating your home? Not sure what accessories you need? Let us do the shopping for you! $75 per hour, plus the cost of accessories. You give us the budget and we will work within your budget.
